Today i had a talk with my tutor and we were talking about how to develop my idea. I decided i needed to move on from the 2D work and move to 3D. I am also going to research what happens during a kiss and the feeling and sound. I've been reseaching artists and came across a artist called Lou Krueger and fell in love with him.
One of his pieces, 'The French Kiss', is what i had pictured in my head when i was talking to my tutor about my project on kissing.
I am hoping to make a piece like this but have the lips of the two mouths touching and then halfed so that we can see what happens during a kiss.
Tonight everybody is going out so i am hoping to get two of my friends (who are a couple) to kiss while i video record them. I am then going to snapshot the video and slow it down and study the shape and what is going on between the couple.
